We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and resourceful Program Manager to oversee operations at our partner schools.\nMission: \"Elevate the students' residential experience on campus with our product and services.\"\nCore Values:\nGrace\nAuthenticity\nCourage\nExcellence\nPosition Overview:\nThe Program Manager oversees daily operations at assigned partner school, including scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and assisting with seasonal delivery and pick up activities.\nThis is a seasonal, part time role with heavy work load during peak operations (May through June and August through September) and flexible, self managed scheduling during the dispatch season.\nThis position is ideal for someone seeking supplement income rather than full time employment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage rental programs at partner schools according to established procedures.\nCommunicate promptly and professionally with customers, frequent texts and emails are required.\nRespond to service tickets as soon as possible and schedule customer appointments in a timely, organized manner.\nAssist with deliveries, returns, and repairs during dispatch and off season.\nDrive a 26' box truck during operations (training provided on our procedures; no forklift use required).\nParticipate directly in on site physical operations to support day to day activities.\nEnsure all inventory data and account details are accurately documented and maintained within the CRM system.\nSupervise and support labor teams and temporary staff as operational needs arise.\nRequirements:\nTo succeed in this role, candidates must:\nOwn a pickup truck and be willing to use it for dispatch season work.\nHave strong time management skills and the ability to self schedule effectively.\nMaintain a professional, positive attitude when interacting with students, parents, and campus partners.\nDemonstrate honesty, integrity, and reliability.\nBe able to lift 50 plus pounds regularly; this is a very physical role.\nHold a valid driver's license.\nWork independently and handle broad directives without constant supervision.\nBe available for long, demanding workdays during peak seasons.\nCompensation and Schedule\nPay: $22.00 per hour (Average 20 hours per operation)\nOff Season: $22.00 per ticket (Average 8 to 12 tickets a week)\nMileage or Gas Stipend: Provided for use of personal vehicle during dispatch.\nTypical Hours:\nPeak Season: (May through June and August through September). Several long workdays (full days shifts)\n(September through October).
