Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:\n\nTechnical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal.\nProject Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement.\nEnterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management.\nAgreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply.\n,\nRequired Skills\n\nA High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience.\nA Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.\nA Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.\nA PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.\nActive TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.\n,\nDesired Skills\n\nCloud Architecture/ Cloud Engineer/ Platform Engineering (especially in AWS)\nAI/ML system design and implementation\nHigh-level understanding of the AI lifecycle (development, training, inference, monitoring)\nExperience with ML pipeline development, model deployment, and DevOps/MLOps\nExperience with Amazon SageMaker is a plus\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholder groups, ability to proactively engage with these groups to understand requirements and inform system architecture decisions\nSystem security and networking (particularly the implementation of system security on classified systems)\nData engineering and data lifecycle management\n,\nAdditional Details\n\nAt CyberCore, we believe in taking care of our employees both inside and outside the workplace.
