Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and dining areas Support cooking processes by following recipes and safety guidelines Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to ensure smooth service flow Handle food safely and adhere to food handling regulations Restock supplies and ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly Provide friendly and efficient customer service to guests Support banquet or event catering as needed Follow all food safety standards and sanitation procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality service Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Experience with banquet service, bussing, or serving is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Good understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence Basic culinary skills with a focus on quality presentation and safety standards Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends as needed Join our La Marsa team to be part of a vibrant culinary environment where your skills are valued, and your contributions make a difference in guest experiences.
