Job DescriptionCovenant Medical Group is seeking a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team in Lubbock, Texas. This position emphasizes outstanding patient care, quality outcomes, and a strong, collegial team of physicians and APPs. The foundation of the group is built on relationships, connections, and quality care, with APPs providing ER coverage, allowing physicians to focus on providing the best care possible. Providers have the autonomy to determine their schedules within the productivity expectations of the group, supported by designated staff.
