Warehouse Associate IV - LeadNPW is seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Associate IV to join our team. If you enjoy leading by example, supporting warehouse operations, and helping create an efficient and safe work environment, this is a great opportunity for you.The ideal candidate for this position will be proactive and responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, assisting with shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and supporting warehouse associates while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and safety standards are consistently met. This position also serves as a trusted key holder responsible for opening and closing the facility and maintaining security procedures.Responsibilities:Oversee daily assigned department operations and provide direction to warehouse associatesPackage, process, and ship orders accurately while meeting time-sensitive deadlinesReceive, organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventoryUse handheld scanners and relevant software to maintain accurate shipments and inventory recordsPull orders by identifying numeric and alpha-numeric part numbersAssist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and resolving inventory discrepanciesProcess paperwork and electronic documents relating to warehouse productsInspect warehouse equipment and ensure machines are operating safelyMaintain productivity standards for assigned work areasFollow company safety guidelines and proper use of designated equipmentOpen and close the warehouse according to company proceduresPerform facility walkthroughs to verify security, equipment shutdowns, and safety checksRespond to alarms or security-related concerns when assignedSafeguard facility keys, fobs, and security codesModel strong teamwork, accountability, and adherence to company standardsAdditional duties as assigned by Warehouse ManagementQualifications:3+ years of warehouse experience requiredPrevious lead, senior associate, or supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail with a high level of accuracyWorking knowledge of warehouse systems and handheld scannersAbility to communicate effectively with team members and leadershipAbility to demonstrate leadership qualities and initiative to fill in for management as neededAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while meeting deadlinesPositive and professional attitudeForklift Certification is a PLUS!Physical Requirements:The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted.The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds assisted.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, stand, walk, bend at waist and knees, use hands, and reach with arms.NPW Benefits:Paid Time OffHealth BenefitsEmployee Purchase ProgramPaid on a Weekly Basis401KAdvancement OpportunitiesIf you are looking for an exciting career opportunity with room to advance, then NPW is the company for you!NPW is a drug free workplace.NPW is proud to be an E-Verify employer.
