This is a delivery-focused role ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in process improvement, data analysis, and finance modernization. Consultants will work closely with Managers and Senior Managers to execute project tasks and contribute to meaningful change for our clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport project delivery by performing research, gathering data, and analyzing current-state processes.\nDevelop client-ready deliverables such as process maps, assessment summaries, and presentation materials.\nAssist in interviews and workshops with client stakeholders to gather inputs and identify opportunities.\nHelp document future-state designs, business requirements, and action plans for implementation.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.\nParticipate in knowledge-sharing and professional development within the Finance Effectiveness team.\n\nWhat you must have:\n2–5 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, business transformation, finance, strategy, operations, and/or corporate finance.\nExperience at a consulting or professional services firm delivering finance transformation, ERP/EPM, business transformation, or operational improvement engagements.\n\nWhat sets you apart:\nExperience at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC).\nExperience supporting finance transformation initiatives such as finance operating model design, finance process improvement, finance organization redesign, or finance function optimization.\nExperience owning portions of consulting engagements, project workstreams, PMO activities, and client deliverables.\nExperience facilitating client workshops, presenting recommendations, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business decisions.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with ERP, EPM, planning, or finance technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI).\nExperience with core finance processes such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, or financial close optimization.\nExperience leveraging AI, automation, analytics, process mining, or digital finance technologies to improve finance processes or business operations.\n\nWho thrives here:\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.\nEntrepreneurial, self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable.\nHigh energy with a passion for improving finance organizations and delivering exceptional client service.\nWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
