Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic General Managers (GM) and Assistant General Managers (AGM) to lead our hospitality operations. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead and motivate staff through effective training, supervision, and development
Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met
Handle POS systems for order processing and cash handling
Control inventory levels, monitor food safety standards, and manage food production
Supervise kitchen and dining areas to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Implement staffing schedules, manage shift changes, and oversee shift management responsibilities
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial management of the restaurant operations
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes for new team members
Lead initiatives for training & development to enhance team performance
Maintain high standards of hospitality, fine dining experience, casual dining, catering, or banquet services as applicable
Qualifications
Proven management experience within the food service industry, including supervising teams in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments
Strong background in food preparation, culinary skills, and kitchen management
Experience with POS systems; cash handling expertise required
Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of staff training & development and team management
Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and operational costs effectively
Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles such as assistant manager or hotel experience preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and lead staff meetings
Experience with catering, bar operations, coffee/Barista experience or hotel experience is a plus
