{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"9f3a4f1c4ec4e39e85fef84c","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9f3a4f1c4ec4e39e85fef84c","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9f3a4f1c4ec4e39e85fef84c","title":"Assembler","description":"*Position Summary:*\n\nUnder close supervision, employees in this role perform routine tasks in support of assembling chemical dilution and dispensing equipment.\n\n*Primary Responsibilities/Duties:*\n\n* Reads and comprehends Bill of Materials (BoM) to gather parts, equipment, and tools.\n\n* Uses hand and air tools to build assemblies/sub-assemblies of moderate complexity and completes other tasks using manual dexterity.\n\n* Completes assigned product assemblies to acceptable quality specifications.\n\n* Performs quality checks by inspecting and testing all products to ensure they meet customer requirements.\n\n* Works from well-established guidance from visual aids (i.e., work instructions).\n\n* Performs all tasks in accordance with Company safety and 5S standards\n\n* Supports on the job training for any new hires within assigned work area.\n\n* Reports any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to Production Leadership.\n\n* Meets and maintains established production rates.\n\n* Assists with operational logistics including: basic planning, inventory control, and packing.\n\n* May work in the supermarket- pulling manufacturing orders for work centers according to their scheduling.\n\n* Other tasks as assigned by management.\n\n*Key Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*\n\n* Ability to build and manage collaborative relationships.\n\n* Has a history of operating with high ethical standards, openness and trust.\n\n* Ability to work as a team and rotate to other work centers; must become trained in 1 value stream (including all work center rotations and supermarket).\n\n* Has basic math skills (e.g., add, subtract, multiple, divide).\n\n* Ability to read, interpret, and follow written procedures;
