Develop and implement program components and resources that result in the growth\nand enhancement of the CYD program.\n2. Conduct outreach to educate the public on the CYD program and create MOUs with other\nyouth-servicing agencies in the CYD zip codes.\n3. Lead the assigned team by providing consultation and staff meetings on a regular basis to\nreview and to evaluate each youth in the program and to ensure staff needs are being\nmet, to perform their job responsibilities.\n4. Responsible for ensuring contract compliance by monitoring youth services to see that all\ncontract deliverables are met and by seeing that best practice is utilized to provide quality\nservices to youth.\n5. Act as liaison with program contract managers to initiate phone calls, to participate in\nmonthly meetings, to provide required reporting as required by the contract.\n6. Monitor and maintain an internal procedure manual for the programs that includes\nwritten processes, contract specific requirements, and agency policy and procedures.\n7. Guide, lead, develop, and mentor all direct reporting staff and interns to promote optimal\nperformance through regular communication and evaluations.\n8. Implement BCFS HHS safety protocols\n9. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.\n10. Maintain BCFS HHS professional and ethical standards of conduct including\ndemonstrating respect for agency staff, the service population, and community members\nand complying with required dress code, at all times.\n11. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor.\n\nMeasurable Deliverables:\n1. Meet all guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.\n2. Schedule and participate in meetings and team decisions and operations.\n3. Participate in workshops, seminars, education programs and activities that promote\nprofessional growth and development.\n4. Compile, prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, files, forms, statistics, and\nadditional information in accordance with CYD policies and procedures.\n5. Monthly, quarterly, and annual contract deliverables are met. Youth are seen as required\nby the contract agreement.\n6. Client files will be maintained according to all BCFS HHS and contract standards.\n7. Program outcomes are tracked and achieved.\n8. Monthly and Quarterly reports are submitted to the Regional Director.\n9. Training partnerships are developed between local businesses and local training providers\n(e.g., community-based organizations or local community colleges) to train client to be\nproductive employees of the partnering businesses.\n10. All documentation is entered in a timely manner and per contract requirements, and all\ndocumentation captures the services provided to the client.\n11. Meet all deadlines required by Regional Director and Finance.\n12. Responsible for oversight of the budget for the CYD program. This includes reviewing\nmonthly general ledgers, billing spreadsheets, day to day tracking of expenses, and\nreviewing all financial reports for compliance.\n13. Monitor and approve program spending based on approved budgets.\n14. Review and approve monthly spending reports for direct reports. Collects and submits\noriginal receipts, expense reports, sign in sheets, and other required documentations for\nbudget and billing in a timely manner.\n15. Complete ongoing training, weekly consultation, and completion of monthly case file\naudits, review of case documentation, report writing, and shadowing of case managers.\n16. Demonstrate the ability to:\na. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and\nsocio-economic characteristics.\nb. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.\nc. Work in a fast-paced environment.\nd. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.\ne. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a\nmember of a multidisciplinary team.\nf. Travel as needed.\n17. Other job duties as assigned per grant requirements.\n\nRequirements:\n1. Maintain certificates required for the position including but not limited to First Aid and\nCPR.\n2. Valid Texas Driver’s license with a clear driving record and reliable transportation.\n3. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens.\n4.
