They are a highly collaborative member of our team and enjoy a team-oriented work environment.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES\nProvide administrative support to our Permanent Housing Division as assigned.\nAnalyze financial records for trends, summarizing and reporting findings to division leadership.\nSupport the delivery of division programming in accordance with agency and contractual standards.\nAssists in the development and implementation of quality improvement and monitoring activities.\nMaintain compliance with contract, agency, and licensing requirements.\nAchieve identified division and position deliverables.\nAdhere to task completion deadlines.\nPrioritize work in accordance with division needs, problem solving and notifying leadership when challenges arise.\nAttend all job-related meetings, including program staff meetings and agency-wide meetings.\nParticipate in opportunities for learning and skill maintenance/development.\nUtilize supervision appropriately, maintaining open lines of communication and providing updates on activity.\nBENEFITS\nHomeFirst provides comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage and additional wellness options like chiropractic care, mental health support, pet insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.
