projects involving Azure, Office 365, Identity Management, Active Directory, SharePoint, Intune, AWS, and many other platforms.\nManaging multiple small projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.\nManaging and executing cloud infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.\nConducting thorough analysis of existing infrastructure and proposing cloud migration strategies for on-premises systems.\nEnsuring proper integration of cloud services with existing infrastructure, including identity management and network bachelor’s degree in a computer technology-related program preferred.\nOver 5 years of experience providing support to end users and IT infrastructure.\nCurrent certifications in CompTIA Server+ and/or Network+, VMware, or Microsoft.\nStrong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.\nSolid understanding of infrastructure architecture principles and best practices.\nProficiency in designing and implementing complex small business infrastructure projects.\nStrong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.\nStrong experience in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).\nProficient in network design and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and firewall configuration.\nExpertise in server administration and configuration, including Windows Server and Linux/Unix systems.\nUnderstanding of storage technologies and architectures, such as SAN, NAS, and RAID.\nStrong understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in infrastructure projects.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide effective solutions.\nExperience in
