Experience working with corrugated packaging equipment is a plus.\n\nMachine Setup & Operation: Assist the lead operator in mounting print plates, setting slotters, adjusting feeds, and changing dies during order changeovers.\nQuality Control: Monitor running board for defects, loose liners, warp, print smears, or bad glue lines, notifying the operator immediately of issues.\nMaterial Handling: Help feed sheets, clear jams safely, and ensure proper stacking, counting, and palletizing of finished corrugated units.\nMaintenance & Housekeeping: Perform routine clean-up, maintain 5S standards around the Ward machine, and report mechanical wear or maintenance needs.\nSafety Compliance: Follow strict lockout/tagout (LOTO) rules, wear required PPE, and maintain a safe working zone for the entire machine crew.\n\nExperience: 1+ years in a manufacturing or corrugated packaging environment preferred.\n\nPhysical Strength: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift/stack corrugated parts up to 25 lbs.
