CRM Business Analyst
Overview:
Milton CAT is looking for an experienced CRM Analyst to support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution and Customer Engagement Platform. This role will analyze business processes, determine requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of CRM
Support requirements-gathering and documentation of user stories and acceptance criteria
Perform CRM application testing of configurations and customizations
Coordinate internal UAT functional requirements and design
Create project documentation to include user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts and work product validation.
Accurately translate business requirements into functional documentation.
Understand business problems and recommend technical solutions offered within the CE platform
Cross-train and utilize train-the-trainer approach to expand CRM user’s skill, use and adoption of the tool
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
1-2 years experience supporting CRM software solution
Ideal candidates will have previous work as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
Experience in data analytics and data validation
Self-motivated, organized and accountable in a project driven role
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong collaborator that is comfortable interacting with team members across broad functional areas
Occasional travel within New England and Upstate New York will be required.
