This position plays a critical role in transforming architectural drawings and fabrication details into accurate CNC programs for the production of custom architectural panel systems.\n\nJob Description: The Architectural Panel CNC Programmer is responsible for reviewing project drawings, creating fabrication layouts, generating CNC programs, and supporting production operations for architectural metal panel projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Detailers, Engineering, and Production personnel to ensure projects are fabricated accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\nRead and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.\nReview panel layouts, fabrication details, and project requirements.\nCreate project-specific material takeoffs and fabrication information.\nDevelop fabrication and assembly drawings using AutoCAD.\nGenerate and optimize CNC programs for architectural panel fabrication equipment.\nCreate and maintain production cut lists and fabrication reports.\nCoordinate with Project Managers and production personnel throughout the fabrication process.\nProvide technical support to shop personnel during fabrication and assembly.\nTroubleshoot programming, fabrication, and production issues.\nMaintain accurate fabrication records and project documentation.\nSupport quality control efforts to ensure compliance with project specifications and fabrication requirements.\nQualifications\n\nRequired\n\n· Experience with AutoCAD drafting and/or CNC programming is required.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and fabrication details.\nStrong computer, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong visualization and spatial reasoning abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nPreferred\n\nExperience programming CNC equipment used in sheet metal, architectural panel, or facade fabrication.\nExperience with architectural metal panels, cladding systems, rainscreen systems, or related construction products.\nAssociate Degree in CAD Drafting, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.\n\nThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
