Responsibilities:• Manage multi-state compliance and full-cycle payroll using Rippling HRIS• Maintain audit-ready employee records• Drive full-cycle recruiting from job description creation to onboarding• Administer employee benefits and design engagement programs• Support professional development initiatives• Provide coaching and HR policy guidance to managers4. Requirements:• 3 to 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as a generalist managing multiple functions• Strong knowledge of California and Arizona employment laws• Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time Zone business hours• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus• Exceptional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information• Desired: Proficiency in Rippling HRIS and experience in high-growth or start-up environments5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000• Comprehensive benefits package including health plans, 401(k), and generous paid time off• Remote-first work environment6.
