Our Youth Tutoring with Mentoring Program is committed to teaching young people valuable academic and life-enhancement skills in the 4th through 8th grades. College students enrolled in Education will have the opportunity to gain classroom experience. Join our team today.  Tutor’s Responsibilities:·      Be passionate about making a difference in the lives of students·      Work collaboratively with the leadership team of Positive Impact for Life·      Attend tutoring and mentorship training·      Assist to improve Math and Reading skills·      Assist with homework and/or test prep skills·      Assist with administering pre and post academic test Hours:                                                    Pay:    Between 4 and 10 hours per week        $18.00 per hour (Work-Study & Volunteer hours available)Schedule:   October 2025 – April 2026 ·      Brookside Elementary, 2505 Madison Ave S.E., Grand Rapids, MI 49507 Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:15 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.·      Brown Hutchinson Ministries, 618 Jefferson Ave S.E., Grand Rapids, MI 49503 Wednesdays 5:45 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.·      Dickinson Academic Cultural Center, 448 Dickinson Street S.E., Grand Rapids, MI 49507 Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:15 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. ·      HUB 07, 1534 Kalamazoo Ave S.E. – Ste. 230 CoLab, Grand Rapids, MI 49507 Wednesdays 4:15 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.·      Mulick Park Elementary, 1761 Rosewood Ave S.E., Grand Rapids, MI 49506 Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:15 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
