Our unwavering commitment to addressing the unique needs of our communities drives us to continuously evolve.\nWhat You’ll Get To Do:\nEnsures customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately processing payments for items sold by the pound or by the unit while following cash-handling standards.\nEducates customers on Round Up program to achieve program goals.\nInforms customers on Good Points program to achieve program goals.\nOperates telephone including professionally answering calls and operating the paging system.\nEnsures items are properly displayed, pulled, and restocked in alignment with merchandising standards and leadership guidance.\nMaintains a clean, safe, and organized work area; completes opening/closing checklists and supports general cleaning, including parking lot maintenance.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat We Need From You:\nExcellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.\nExcellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.\nAbility to operate a cash register and accurately count money.\nBasic math skills required.\nFluent in English.\nExperience with computers or a willingness and ability to learn.\nReliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.\nWork Environment:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the key functions of this job.
