The Role
We’re seeking a passionate Sushi Chef to join our opening team and lead out to go sushi counter with creativity and discipline.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in sushi and omakase preparation, thrives in small, high-end environments, and understands that hospitality is as important as technique.
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of Japanese ingredients, seasonality, and rice preparation
Strong communication and guest engagement skills
Clean, organized, and detail-oriented work ethic
Ability to work in a small, team-driven environment
Must be authorized to work in Puerto Rico
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
