Life and Health Insurance Agent

Overview We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties - Market and sell various insurance products to potential clients - Develop leads and build a client base through networking and referrals - Educate clients on different insurance options and help them choose the best policies for their needs - Process policy applications and handle policy renewals - Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims process - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using HIPAA-compliant practices Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales or outside sales - Strong communication and customer service skills - Knowledge of insurance products and sales administration - Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish is a plus - Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $79,278.00 - $95,368.00 per year Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay License/Certification: Insurance Producer License (Required) Life Insurance License (Required) Ability to Commute: Pompano Beach, FL 33069 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Pompano Beach, FL 33069: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
