This role will also understand customer processes and design data solutions in partnership with Engineering and Architecture.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead requirements and/or data solution sessions with business subject matter experts to analyze, validate, and utilize data for consumption by business stakeholdersLead teams to understand customer processes and design data solutions in partnership with Engineering and ArchitectureLead teams through complex projects and is accountable for deliveryCommunicate effectively with other departments within the organization and functions within a team environmentProvide subject matter expertise on the data needs for project deliveries, scope, acceptance, installation and deploymentTranslate business requirements to necessary data architecture changesUnderstand and document ETL data flow throughout the organizationUse expert SQL skills to provide data extracts as needed to address project and business needCollaborate with business and development teams to design and document analytics dashboards, alerts, and reportsMentor and coach others on an informal basisMaintain technical ownership of one or more business facing technologies to deliver business outcomesInteract with clients and stakeholders on a regular basisLead team through complex projects, accountable for deliveryLead, support and interact with various IT teams and LOBs on integration effortsTranslate undefined business problems and defined business objectives and goals into functional solutionsIndependently direct team as well as contribute individually to project and solution outcomesRequired Skills: Advanced SQL skills, Source to target mapping, Data extraction experience.
