Freedom to be creative while gaining experience with industry-standard software. The intern will also receive exposure to multiple departments across the company.                  Job Description Raffel Systems is looking for a graphic design/marketing intern to support marketing initiatives. Our marketing is primarily a digital-first strategy that is supported occasionally with printed materials. This position is paid part-time (with a flexible schedule), and located at our headquarters in Germantown, WI. Job Duties·       Design marketing materials (i.e.: cut sheets, Catalogs, infographics, etc.) ·       Help develop content for social media and marketing campaigns. ·       Participate in content ideation and design critiques. ·       Assist with researching, building, and executing marketing campaigns (ABM, Direct Marketing)·       Support other marketing efforts as needed. Requirements ·       Enrolled in college and currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, marketing, visual design, or a related field ·       Ability to work both independently and collaboratively·       Excellent organizational and communication skills ·       Experience with Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, CC Libraries) ·       Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint·       Familiar with design thinking/research techniques·       Portfolio/examples of work demonstrating skills and process ·       Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment·       Self-motivated and hardworking·       Detail oriented
