The role is within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) Business Unit and is responsible for ensuring large data center electronic security installation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nUtilize and understand project safety plans (JHA, AHA, PFW) and develop comprehensive building schedules with a 12+ week look-ahead to ensure all safety protocols and timelines are met.\r\nPerform quality reviews of design documentation, analyzing drawing packages to evaluate constructability.\r\nManage daily material and labor planning, updating 4-week look-ahead forecasts.\r\nSupport logistics planning for personnel and equipment, tracking project metrics including time and materials through unit tracking and field quality control.\r\nIdentify and obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and inspection filings before work begins.\r\nManage crew activities, keeping teams on task, monitoring overtime hours, and determining labor requirements.\r\nParticipate in weekly resource allocation meetings, create resource-loaded schedules (including manpower, material, equipment), and maintain an accurate organizational chart.\r\nComplete project documentation per M.C.
