Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and industry best practices Experience with business process design, workflow development, and user interface configuration Shop Floor integration with Kepware, PLC, Printers, RFID DM integration with S/4HANA DM integration with RestAPIs, Webservice calls Knowledge of production planning, production master data, MRP, shop floor order creation/tracking, shop floor quality, logistics, and plant maintenance processes Manufacturing Industry – Automotive Industry knowledge Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills 10+ Years Act in a techno-functional consulting role for analysis, design, conception, prototyping, realization, testing, roll out, and support Configure and implement SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions, including SAP DMC and SAP MES(ME/MII) Design and develop business processes, workflows, and user interfaces for digital manufacturing Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, and requirements gathering to understand client needs Develop and deliver training programs for clients Collaborate with cross module consultants for integration and interface development Perform testing, quality assurance, and data migration activities Prepare process flows /training documents and execute training of our client’s business owners and users Provide ongoing support and optimization services to ensure solution adoption and ROI Stay up-to-date with SAP's digital manufacturing roadmap and emerging technologies Use Agile methodology for delivery, MVP.
