This role requires a true project management professional (not IT managers) with hands-on experience in cybersecurity domains and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closureManage workflows, timelines, and stakeholder communications effectivelyLead requirements gathering, capacity planning, and resource allocationDrive security remediation initiatives and oversee security-related implementationsCollaborate closely with engineering and security teams in a highly technical environmentMonitor service delivery metrics and track KPIs (preferred)Translate security and engineering requirements into structured project plansEnsure successful delivery of projects aligned with security standards and business goalsUtilize tools like Notion or similar project/workspace platforms for tracking and reportingRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Project Manager in security-focused environmentsStrong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including:Threat detection & incident responseMalware detectionVulnerability management & scanningSIEM platformsSOC 2 complianceCloud security initiativesExperience managing technical/security projects end-to-endAbility to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical workflowsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with modern project management tools (Notion preferred)Preferred QualificationsExperience in service delivery management and KPI trackingBackground in highly technical or engineering-driven environmentsCertifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus
