This role requires technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer‑focused approach to overcome challenges and drive successful business outcomes.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nStay current with Solutions Engineering methodologies, industry best practices, and the latest developments in the security landscape.\n\nApply this expertise to deliver impactful solutions that address client needs effectively and differentiate our offerings.\n\nCollaborate closely with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure alignment between technical and sales objectives.\n\nAct as a bridge between customer requirements and technical capabilities, fostering clear and effective communication.\n\nPlay a pivotal role in pre‑sales activities, including delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and guiding proof‑of‑concept evaluations.\n\nProvide clear, concise, and compelling explanations of product capabilities to customers and stakeholders.\n\nIdentify opportunities to enhance processes and methodologies within the scope of pre‑sales activities.\n\nProactively suggest and implement improvements to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.\n\nAssist in responses to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFP/RFI).\n\nRepresent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer seminars.\n\nProvide technical support and guidance to channel partners.\n\nContinuously enhance your knowledge of products, industry trends, and customer use cases.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\n2+ years of experience in pre‑sales engineering or technical support roles in privileged access management (PAM), identity security, or similar enterprise applications.\n\n3+ years of experience working with global software vendors.\n\nExpertise in presenting technical solutions and differentiating products against competitors.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, VMware, and Hyper‑V.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting at trade shows or conferences.\n\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 50%.\n\nNice To Have\n\nCertifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps methodologies and environments.\n\nExperience with BeyondTrust solutions or similar technologies.\n\nBetter Together\nDiversity.
