Both Scrum and Kanban.Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, Service Now, ITIL tools and process framework.Solid Understanding of Web applications, cloud managed services, service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions, microservices, containers, API development and managed databases.Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
