Scents for Everyone Everywhere.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR, for a Manufacturing Manager. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, quality control processes, and managing teams to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include leading production planning, optimizing workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to production standards and goals.QualificationsStrong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to efficiently schedule and manage manufacturing processes.Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet or exceed established standards.Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to optimize workflow and maintain productivity.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of safety practices and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in a manufacturing management role is a plus.We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Warehouse Manager to lead production operations for our growing home fragrance business. This role will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, including production, quality, process improvement, and sThis role requires hands-on manufacturing leadership to scale production operations with a primary focus on building and leading in-house manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and operational teams. A key responsibility will be managing copackers for high-volume SKUs to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Additionally, this role will oversee the in-house repackaging and final assembly of copacker-produced products to meet customer specifications.This position will be based in Little Rock, Arkansas, but for the first month, will require some travel. Responsibilities:Lead all manufacturing activities: production, quality, safety, maintenance, and inventory.Manage relationships with copackers; ensure production quality, timelines, and standards.Oversee in-house repackaging of finished goods to meet customer requirements.Develop and manage production teams, processes, and KPIs to drive performance.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.Lead continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, cost, and quality.Qualifications:5+ years in manufacturing leadership with direct experience managing production floor operations, including:Running production lines and manufacturing equipmentManaging production supervisors and shop floor teamsImplementing manufacturing processes and SOPsExperience in liquid filling, blending, or chemical manufacturing preferredExperience managing copackers and production teams.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with fragrance industry products (candles, sprays, oils, air fresheners).Lean Six Sigma Certification.ISO standards or similar regulatory knowledge.Salary:Salary will depend on experience. $50,000-$85,000 + bonus potential
