Bonus to be disbursed in four payments over the course of a 1-year period (after 45 calendar days, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year mark from first date of employment). Installment amounts detailed in guidelines. Employee's continued eligibility dependent on attendance and punctuality, as defined in guidelines. Those offered a position within the last month prior to the launch of the sign-on bonus program are not eligible. Casual, temp, self-schedule, or part-time nurses or nurse aides are not eligible.
