Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.\r\nKnowledge of SCA Compliance : Strong understanding of the Service Contract Act, including compliance requirements and reporting.\r\nCommunication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with military personnel, contractors, and administrative staff.\r\nProblem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.\r\nProject Management : Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.\r\nProficient using Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, MS Teams).\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nAbility to work well under pressure.\r\nAbility to maintain effective working relationships, professional demeanor, and attitude.\r\nMust be dependable.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nFamiliarity with U.S. Navy systems, platforms, and operational environments\r\nExperience supporting engineering, acquisition, or logistics programs\r\nDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex workflows\r\nStrong background in compliance, reporting, and performance optimization\r\nPMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred\r\nTravel Requirements\r\nThis position may require travel to various military sites.
