Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.\nComplete Description:\nThe contractor will be responsible for performing IT Triage and resolving complex Cúram application defects and issues.\nThe individual will collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, delegate, and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the Cúram application (application intake, rules, batch processes, etc.).\nThis individual will also be responsible for addressing production issues/defects and designing, developing, and implementing a solution.\nThe individual will attend design sessions and translate complex technical triggers and process flows to less technical team members.\nThe individual will assist in system enhancements using the Curam platform.\nResponsibilities:\nFormulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.\nDevises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications.\nProvides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist in most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.\nSkills:\nSoftware Development Lifecycle experience. Required 16 Years\nRequirements gathering and documentation. Required 10 Years\nMS Office/PowerPoint experience. Required 16 Years\nBachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience (ie, Engineering or Computer Science). Required\nMaster’s degrees in Engineering or Computer Science. Required\nProfessional exp. with Cúram CGISS development. Required 8 Years\nExp. analyzing, reviewing, and defining problems / issues associated with the Cúram CGISS application. Required 8 Years\nStrong professional business analysis experience. Required 8 Years\nKnowledge/Familiarity with all components of the Cúram CGISS module (IEG script, rules, batch processes, etc.).
