This role is ideal for a motivated sales leader who thrives on coaching teams, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in Vacatia’s continued growth by driving sales performance, developing talent, and ensuring a professional, transparent, and customer-focused sales process.What You’ll DoDrive Sales PerformanceConduct morning and afternoon tours with prospective customers to sell timeshare productsStructure affordable purchase solutions that help customers make informed buying decisionsApprove pricing, structure deals, and ensure financial accuracy of transactionsMonitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue generationLead & Develop a High-Performing TeamCoach, mentor, and motivate Sales Representatives to exceed performance goalsConduct regular performance check-ins and provide actionable feedbackLead daily sales meetings focused on goals, strategy, and motivationFoster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented cultureEnsure Operational ExcellenceMonitor inventory and financial sales data to optimize efficiencyVerify customer documentation, payments, and identificationEnsure compliance with licensing requirements and company policiesPartner closely with administrative teams to ensure accurate transaction processingDeliver Exceptional Customer ExperiencesAddress customer concerns and resolve objections professionallyEnsure a seamless and positive sales experience from presentation through closingModel integrity, transparency, and a customer-first approachSupport Recruitment & Talent GrowthCollaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring initiativesAssist with onboarding and continuous training effortsDevelop team capabilities through ongoing coaching and mentorshipQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferredMinimum of two (2) years of timeshare industry experience with proven sales leadership successActive Real Estate or Broker License may be required depending on the state.Strong financial aptitude, including basic loan calculations and deal structuringExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven leadership ability with strong organizational and motivational skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a positive, results-driven attitudeAbility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as neededPhysical RequirementsPrimarily sedentary office work with occasional standing and walkingAbility to work at a computer for extended periodsAbility to lift or move items up to 15 pounds occasionallyConduct uninterrupted resort tours lasting approximately three hours eachMinimum of two tours per dayAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as neededWhy Join Vacatia?At Vacatia, we believe in creating exceptional experiences for both our customers and our employees.
