We are tightly integrated with planning and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals.ResponsibilitiesExternal facing responsibilities:Identify Client’s business issues and form hypotheses and solutions on how marketing technology and data strategies can helpAssess impact of marketplace evolution on current data and technology setupContribute to developing solutions to business challenges leveraging integrated data and technology solutionsDevelop and maintain project plans, ensuring proper and timely completion of all critical tasks and delivery against client and agency needsInternal Facing ResponsibilitiesVendor EvaluationsTest DesignsContributions toward D&T Solutions Test & Learn RoadmapIntegration into holistic Learning Agenda based on key business outcomes for the brandWritten POVs & Thought Leadership on TechRequired SkillsIndustry Knowledge in marketing analytics and data (1st and 3rd party data solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms, aggregated and user level data, onboarding)Demonstrated knowledge in the latest privacy regulation updates and current challenges, security evaluations, etc.Understanding of signal transformation (cookie deprecation, ID graphs, etc.Awareness of latest developments and offerings from data sources/partnersProficiency in 1P data use cases and solutionsExpertise in assessments and improvement of processesExcellent presentation and communication skillsEducation And ExperienceA university degree and 5-7 years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consultingKnowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not requiredThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$100,000—$140,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
