Make a meaningful impact supporting students' communication and language development by providing speech-language therapy services in a school-based setting. As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working on a contract basis, you'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to help children reach their full potential in and out of the classroom.Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP license or the ability to obtain prior to the assignment Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants welcome Experience delivering services in K-12 school settings is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Familiarity with IEP processes and progress reporting Key Responsibilities: Provide assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, and deliver direct therapy tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support students' academic and social communication skills Monitor, document, and communicate student progress toward IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member, sharing expertise and recommendations Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and school requirements Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for every student This contract position offers an opportunity to make a lasting difference in a vibrant educational community.
