Working as an Early Head Start Teacher at Acelero Learning will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and professional growth as an Early Childhood Educator. In this role, you will lead a classroom focused on nurturing the development of children aged 0-3, creating an engaging, supportive environment that fosters positive outcomes for all children, regardless of ability. Working closely with co-teachers, families, and staff, you will collaborate to ensure each child thrives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Implement effective strategies that align with the CLASS™ (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) to enhance positive and productive teacher-child relationships. Deliver a comprehensive, research-based curriculum that supports the holistic development of each child, promoting cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Regularly assess and document children's progress using approved tools and methods to inform instruction and individualize learning experiences. Tailor educational approaches to meet the unique needs and abilities of each child Engage families as partners in their child's learning journey, fostering strong communication and participation in classroom activities and developmental milestones. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and achieve shared goals for student success.
