Job Title: Construction Supervisor (HVAC PIPING)Location: Lebanon, IN 100 % onsite2 Virtual InterviewsContract Length: 2+ YearsMust have Pharma experience15+ years with some large pharma requiredHygienic piping and HVACAble to diagnose issues and provide resolutionJob DescriptionConstruction Supervisor / Coordinator HVAC & PipingRole OverviewThe Construction Supervisor / Coordinator supports pharmaceutical construction projects, providing hands on field leadership for HVAC and piping scopes, with a strong emphasis on hygienic piping systems. This role operates similar to a Project Engineer or Owner s Representative, with the authority and experience to identify problems early, diagnose specification gaps, and directly resolve execution issues in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on site supervision and coordination of HVAC and piping construction activitiesServe as an owner side or owner proxy field representative for mechanical scopesOversee installation, sequencing, and quality of hygienic piping systems (hard requirement) from owners rep perspectiveActively identify construction issues ( finger in the wound ) and drive resolution with contractorsDiagnose drawing, specification, and constructability issues directly in the fieldCoordinate with subcontractors, QA, engineering, and project management teamsSupport field inspections, punch list development, and closeout activitiesEnsure construction execution aligns with pharma GMP expectations and project specificationsRequired Experience15 20 years of construction experienceProven Experience Supporting Pharmaceutical Facilities (required)Strong background in industrial construction environmentsHygienic piping experience mandatory (clean utilities, process piping, sanitary systems)Experience functioning similarly to a Project Engineer, Construction Coordinator, or Owner s RepDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot field issues and interpret specifications in real timeSkill SetDeep understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical piping installationStrong field judgment and problem solving capabilityAbility to challenge incomplete or flawed designs during constructionComfortable working directly with trades and construction leadershipHigh level of ownership and accountability in the fieldNotesThis is a field driven role, not design onlyEmphasis is on diagnosing and fixing issues during construction, not just reporting them
