Candidate should have prior experience of working with e-procurement “procure to pay” or “source to pay” (P2P / S2P) products like SAP ARIBA, COUPA, IVALUA, BASWARE, JAGGAER or any other similar strategic sourcing / e-sourcing / procure2pay / Source2pay product suite.\n\nRole & Responsibilities:\nWould lead and mentor junior Project Managers on customer projects.\nWould be involved in Project / Program Management\nWould be responsible for stakeholder management – coordinating with Internal and external stake holders.\nResponsible for Managing multiple & challenging projects for Zycus. Responsible for leading Fortune 1000 Global customers across multiple industry verticals and geographies.\nLead Kick-off meetings\nTracking and delivering projects on time. Evaluate (time / cost / quality) & change requests.\nExperience creating and supporting contract & SOW reviews & addressing prospect concerns during the sales process\nGuide team towards deliverables to customers. Would be conducting formal weekly project status review meetings with team as well as with customer\nProject Risk Management and Mitigation (Internal & External)\nFollow laid down processes, update weekly status and ensure to have weekly one on one in the team. Learn effective project management skills to deliver projects successfully.\nUnderstand and resolve issues (client/internal) with processed data / software effectively and efficiently\nTravel at regular intervals to customer locations for requirements gathering, project status updates, corrective / preventive action plan etc.\nLead new initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Be a change agent within the organization\nProvide assistance and mentoring on project management methodologies, tools and techniques.\nResource Planning & mentoring the internal team\n\nJob Requirement\n\nBachelors degree required.
