In this role, you will act as a go-to resource for our team of document processors, sharing expertise and best practices while helping to maintain operational excellence. This position requires strong communication and coaching abilities to guide team members through complex processes and ensure consistent, high-quality output.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nHandle escalations from the Customer Service Supervisors, Leads, and Reps.\r\nProvide support, training, and guidance for team members to ensure effective and efficient document processing.\r\nManually process and upload documents while maintaining accuracy.\r\nCollaborate with agents, vendors, property managers, customer service representatives and account managers to resolve document-related issues.\r\nAdapt to evolving document processing needs and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.\r\nQualifications\r\nAttention to Detail: Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in documents, ensuring precision and accuracy.\r\nStrong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.\r\nOrganized & Efficient: Able to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met.\r\nTechnical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with keyboarding, 5-key pad, and Adobe applications. Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) programs is a plus.\r\nTeamwork & Independence: Able to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.\r\nRepetitive Task Handling: Comfort and consistency in performing repetitive tasks without compromising quality.\r\nPreferred Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance documentation is preferred, but not required.
