This is ideally a hybrid role which enables collaboration with the team and in the Hackensack, NJ office 3x per week. Remote applicants may be considered for someone living outside of the commutable area who is highly experienced and can excel remotely.Position Description:The Contract Project Manager will support multiple cross-functional projects within Evermark Group, including strategic supply chain transformations, cost savings opportunities, and synergies with current and new partners. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager - Transformation and is responsible for keeping assigned projects on time, in scope, and on budget while meeting supply and quality standards. The successful candidate brings strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.Primary Responsibilities:Project Planning: Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation across assigned workstreams.Hold meetings (daily, weekly, biweekly, as appropriate) with cross-functional teams to track progress.Maintain project trackers and issue meeting notes.Drive cross-functional collaboration. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and R&D to deliver project objectives. This role serves as the \"glue\" for the project team.Be the owner of the timeline and escalate roadblocks to management in a timely fashion so as not to delay projects.Hold cross-functional team members accountable for their deliverables to the timeline.Facilitate conversations with vendors, co-manufacturers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely execution.Assess project risks and develop and deploy mitigation plans.Continually evaluate supply chain and operational constraints, and propose alternative solutions where necessary.Lead any other workstreams required to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects.Primary Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.).Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years managing projects in a fast-paced consumer goods, personal care, beauty, manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. PMP certification is a plus.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Highly collaborative.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent MS Excel skills.Proficient in project management software (such as Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with technical transfers, KPIs, product portfolio management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume (SKUs) environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. The ability to \"bring it all together.\"Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.The ability to zoom in and zoom out.
