Located in Statesville, NC, we take pride in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for our team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Statesville, NC. The Production Supervisor will lead front-line production employees, drive daily execution to meet schedule and quality expectations, and partner with cross-functional leaders to improve processes and performance.Key Responsibilities·      Lead and support front-line production employees to achieve daily safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.·      Coordinate work across departments to maintain smooth workflow, staffing coverage, and on-time production schedules.·      Monitor production performance using reports and floor observations; collect, evaluate, and communicate key production metrics.·      Inspect work in process and finished products to ensure standards are met; identify defects and drive timely corrective action.·      Identify and resolve process, material, equipment, and skill gaps; implement improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.·      Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements (federal, state, local, and company); promote a culture of safe work practices.·      Train, coach, and develop employees; provide clear expectations, feedback, and performance support.·      Partner with leadership on resource planning and budget awareness; support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications for Consideration:·      High school diploma or GED.·      Experience working in a manufacturing environment.·      3+ years of supervisory experience in a production setting.·      Working knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost awareness within a manufacturing environment.·      Working knowledge of workplace safety requirements and the ability to enforce safe work practices.·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office (or similar software) for reporting and communication.·      Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.You Will Excite Us If:·      Strong organization and attention to detail.·      Effective time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.·      Data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.·      Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive, professional approach.
