The Systems Analyst will partner closely with Finance and Accounting to deliver reliable, high-quality financial date and reporting solutions.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nFinancial Systems (Elite 3E):\r\nProvide advanced technical support for Elite 3E and integrated financial applications\r\nAnalyze and resolve complex system, data, and integration issues\r\nTranslate financial and accounting requirements into technical solutions\r\nPlan, test, and implement system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes\r\nMaintain system documentation, procedures, and technical specifications\r\nSQL, Reporting & Data Analysis:\r\nDesign, develop, and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and jobs\r\nDevelop and maintain reports using SSRS (Power BI experience preferred)\r\nSupport ad hoc reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis for Finance and firm leadership\r\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and performance\r\nIdentify opportunities to improve data accessibility, automation, and reporting efficiency\r\nApplications & Integrations:\r\nSupport and enhance internal financial applications\r\nDevelop or modify.NET-based tools and integrations to support financial workflows\r\nAssist with integrations using SQL, APIs, XML, and.NET technologies\r\nRequired Skills & Experience:\r\nAdvanced SQL Server / T-SQL expertise with large financial datasets\r\nHands-on experience with Elite 3E (Aderant considered comparable)\r\nStrong understanding of law firm financial systems and accounting workflows\r\nSSRS reporting experience; Power BI preferred\r\nAbility to troubleshoot XML, validation, and integration issues\r\nSolid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting\r\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\r\nPreferred Skills:\r\nExperience with C#, ASP.NET, or.NET Core\r\nExperience supporting internal web or desktop applications\r\nFamiliarity with system integrations, APIs, and data exchange patterns\r\nEducation & Experience:\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience\r\n5+ years supporting financial systems, SQL development, or reporting\r\nLaw firm or professional services experience strongly preferred\r\nWe offer an excellent compensation and benefits package.
