Prepare and maintain physical security compliance evidence for regulatory audits and investigations, to include, but not limited to, drawing files, plans, and procedures\n\n2. Prepare, coordinate, and support compliance audits conducted by internal resources, consultants, or regulatory organizations\n\n3. Conduct research and interpret regulatory standards and policies to ensure Corporate Security business practices align with compliance requirements\n\n4. Participate and/or conduct internal assessments to ensure implemented compliance programs satisfactorily meet regulatory requirements\n\n5. Support compliance audits conducted by internal resources, consultants, or regulatory organizations.\n\n6. Perform Quality Assurance on implemented physical security boundaries\n\nQualifications\n\n1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred with a recommended minimum of 4 years professional work experience or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 7 years of professional work experience\n\n2. Knowledge of NERC CIP Standards, including but not limited to physical security standards and requirements\n\n3. Knowledge of physical security compliance controls, regulatory matters, and business applications preferred\n\n4. Professional Certification related to Compliance or Physical Security preferred but not required\n\n5. Ability to make accurate decisions and demonstrate sound judgment\n\n6. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills\n\n7. Proven ability to develop programs, training, policies, procedures, reports, and mitigation plans\n\n8. Ability to write and follow work plans\n\n9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications\n\n10. Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills to aid in the resolution of compliance issues\n\n11. Strong organizational skills for planning, developing, and performing assessments and coordinating resolution of compliance issues\n\n12. Must be able to successfully clear a background investigation to obtain CIP access\n\n13. Must have valid driver’s license\n\n14.
