This work will help us improve the timeliness and productivity of completing point files on job sites to achieve construction timelines for CAD and for commercial building projects overall.\n\nJob Responsibilities/Accountabilities:\nExecute on the needed tasks of finding/marking points for locating pipe and duct.\nSafely and frequently handle bulky equipment.\nManage and store equipment to prevent damage.\nCreating/downloading/uploading files.\nCommute to various job site locations.\n\nSupervisory / Budgetary / External Communication Responsibility\nCommunicate with CAD, Field Foreman, and Project Managers on project point file status and issues.\n\nKnowledge, skill and ability requirements (competencies required for job performance)\nAdvanced Excel skill set utilization.\nMS Office Suite (Word and Outlook) basic knowledge required.\nUser experience in CAD (Revit) or other prominent business systems preferred.\nOutstanding communication skills (phone, e-mail, video conference, and in person) required.\nWell-developed organizational skills.\n\nPrior work experience and educational requirements\nPrior work experience on commercial construction sites preferred.\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nThe physical demands are those of a typical construction site, including some field travel:\nAbility to lift 50 lbs. as necessary when performing necessary duties\nWork from heights (ladder access and usage)\nWork outside during all types of weather\n\nNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
