{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"9e94611f8dff86703ff4c6b4","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9e94611f8dff86703ff4c6b4","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9e94611f8dff86703ff4c6b4","title":"Program Aide '24","description":"Position Title: Program Aide\n\nJob Identification:\nImmediate Supervisor: Mission Services Manager\nEEOC Class: Professional\nFLSA Status: Non-exempt\n\nSalary: $18.00 per hour\n\nJob Summary:\nThe Program Aide provides administrative and program support, and other duties to support assigned Mission Services programs.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nMaintains participant files and files documents/forms in a timely manner according to program policies, ensures all required documents/forms are filed, and reports any file discrepancies to the Mission Services Manager.\nFollows up with placed program participants for retention according to program policies.\nResearches job leads and employers online and provides job leads to Coordinators and program participants.\nAssists participants with onboarding/orientation activities as needed.\nAssists with monitoring and providing support to Occupational Skills program participants.\nAssists Mission Services staff with providing supportive services to program participants.\nProvides administrative support including making copies, scanning, and preparing packets.\nParticipates in team meetings with internal staff and outside providers, as appropriate, and communicate individually with team members between meetings in order to coordinate.\nMaintains all documentation on assigned programs including up-to-date case notes as needed, updating any required databases, and assembles documentation for billing.\nAdheres to program standards and outcomes as outlined in program policies/procedures, program contracts, and referral and accreditation agency standards.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to speak/read/write proficient English; Bilingual skills preferred.\nProficient with Microsoft Office/Office 365.\nAbility to market and place individuals with disabilities, lack of skills, negative work history, justice-involved, and/or multiple barriers to employment.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively.\nWorks well under pressure and with deadlines; ability to multitask.\nExcellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.\nHonesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality.\nThorough knowledge about companys mission and services.\nUphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines.\n\nRequired Experience:\nHigh School Diploma.\nValid driver license and insured/reliable vehicle.\nBackground check.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nFree from drug and alcohol abuse.\n\nEnvironmental Conditions:\nOffice.\nOff-site meeting locations.\n\nEquipment, machines and tools used:\nComputer.\nPrinter\nCopy machine.\nPhone.\n\nPersonal Protective Equipment Used Assigned at orientation/as needed:\nHand sanitizer (available at worksite)\nDisinfectant wipes (available at worksite)\n\nPlease note that this position has a 180 day introductory period.\n\nNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed, but are not to be seen as a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified.
