The technologies are deployed as multi-tenant, global-scale, SaaS Managed Services as well as in the Enterprise.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nContribute to product initiatives across products\nWork on architecture, design & development of complex features/problems in different products based on Node Js, Kubernetes- Full stack Engineering role.\nPrepare well defined & articulated cloud strategy for all products & present to leadership team.\nActs as the subject matter expert in multiple product domains\nResponsible for one or more products\nSynthesizes multiple internal and external sources of input into product requirements.\nAdvises about requirements impact on key aspects of product and business and makes a corrective recommendation.\nGuides and reviews testing strategy.\nDocuments and communicates on complex technical topics across the company.\nWorks well with all groups involved in the software development process to influence code and design to consider downstream implications for code.\nProvides thought leadership and innovation within a technical domain.\nRegularly puts forth ideas and implements them into the product.\nIdentifies, socializes and drives improvements having an impact across teams.\nKnows how to innovate and refactor complex codebases in practical ways.\nAble to select optimal data structures and algorithms to attain the best overall solution in respect to performance, reliability and security considerations.\nCapable of architecting application modules\nProvides forward-thinking design to leverage platform in novel and optimal ways.\nActively participates in scoping features, developing work estimates, and plans for the team.\nWorks with software architects and product owners to ensure backlogs are populated and kept updated.\nWorks effectively with all stakeholders across all functions\nCommunicates effectively across the organization, including with the leadership team.\nAble to manage multiple competing priorities while remaining cool and collected.\nShows a sense of urgency while instilling confidence in other team members.\nExcellent rapid prototyping skills and produces high-quality code.\nActs as the technical subject matter expert across product domains.\n\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum 15 years of related experience or a Ph.D. with 14 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.\nProven experience in designing and deploying secure, scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, cost-efficient solutions in AWS public cloud\nAbility to write clean, concise, understandable code\nUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application\nProficient understanding and experience of code versioning tools, such as Git\nFluency in the English language, both written and spoken excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to deal professionally and collaboratively with all levels of the organization and across geographies.\n\nTechnical Stack - Full Stack - Node Js, Kubernetes.\n\n.\n\nRocket Software Inc. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
