Position Name : PeopleSoft Reporting & Process Analyst RemoteLocation: RemotePosition Type: Fulltime/W2Seeking a PeopleSoft Reporting & Process Analyst with strong experience in PeopleSoft 9.2, Power BI, and Excel automation. The ideal candidate will focus on data extraction, reporting, and process improvement, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and automated solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with PeopleSoft 9.2 for data extraction, reporting, and analysis Develop and maintain business reports for stakeholders Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI Automate reporting and data processes using Excel (VBA, Power Query) Analyze business processes to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements Troubleshoot data and reporting issues within PeopleSoft Integrate data across PeopleSoft, Power BI, and Excel for end-to-end reporting solutions Drive process improvements through automation and analytics Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Proficiency in Power BI (dashboarding and data visualization) Experience with Excel automation (VBA, Macros, Power Query) Data analysis and reporting expertise Process improvement and automation experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills Preferred QualificationsBachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Experience working in reporting, analytics, or operations roles Familiarity with process improvement methodologies Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience building reports and dashboards from PeopleSoft data Strong in automation and reducing manual reporting efforts Able to bridge business requirements with technical reporting solutions Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency Comfortable working with business users and technical teams https://www.linkedin.com/company/hyr-global-source-inc
