This position coordinates workflow, supports the processing team, communicates with other departments, and helps ensure production goals, food safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently met.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role. In addition to supervising the shift, you'll assist with processing operations, operate equipment as needed, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.\nWhat You'll Do Lead and coordinate daily processing activities to ensure loads are completed accurately and on schedule.\nCommunicate production priorities and workflow with team members and other departments.\nAssist with processing activities whenever additional support is needed.\nOperate forklifts, yard trucks, and processing equipment as needed.\nCapture, verify, and maintain required production and operational data.\nPerform Clean-in-Place (CIP) cleaning of tanks and tankers.\nMonitor and enforce Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and company safety procedures.\nHelp troubleshoot production issues and keep operations moving efficiently.\nSupport training and coaching of Processing Team Members.\nPromote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.\nWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nReliable transportation and dependable attendance.\nStrong work ethic and positive attitude.\nEffective communication and leadership skills.\nAbility to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.\nWillingness to work overtime when needed.\nPreferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or processing experience.\nPrevious supervisory or team lead experience.\nForklift and/or yard truck experience.\nExperience working with pumps, valves, or industrial processing equipment.\nEquipment You'll Use Depending on the day's production needs, you may operate:\nForklift\nYard truck\nExtruder\nTurbo Separator\nShredder\nCIP system\nBasic hand tools\nComputer and mobile devices\nWhy Join Nutrition 101?
