Content Editorial And Campaign SpecialistAre you passionate about creating impactful content that nurtures spiritual growth? K-LOVE is seeking a dynamic Content Editorial and Campaign Specialist to join our Audience Spiritual Engagement (ASE) team! In this role, you'll craft and curate spiritually aligned, high-quality content across various platforms, ensuring it meets our standards of excellence. You'll also coordinate the publishing process, strategically tag and track content, and collaborate with partners on campaign-related projects. If you're a self-driven individual with strong editorial instincts and a heart for serving others on their spiritual journey, we want to hear from you!This role is 100% on-site at our Franklin, TN headquarters.Here's just some of what you will be doing daily:Editorial Execution (Primary)Edit and refresh existing Life Resources blog articles for tone, accuracy, readability, SEO, and alignment with ASE strategyWrite new devotional, listicle, how-to, and prayer-based articles in alignment with editorial calendar and campaign themesMaintain and provide feedback on K-LOVE's brand voice and resonance with audienceCollaborate with the Content Manager and partner ministries to refine message and content structurePublishing & Web ManagementUpload and format content within CMS (margins, headers, layout, images, mobile-readability)Conduct final proofing and quality control before publicationMaintain publishing logs and content metadataContent Cataloguing & TaggingMaintain and update internal content tables: article purpose, stage-of-faith, format, theme, etc.Tag articles by spiritual stage, emotional tone, content format, spiritual discipline, and felt needIdentify content gaps, duplication, and refresh opportunitiesPartnership SupportAssist in the assessment of potential partnersCoordinate follow-ups on approved partnerships (brand alignment, light editing, formatting, and routing content through internal review/approval processes)Support communications and administrative coordination with contributors or ministry partnersCampaign Coordination (Secondary)Compile curated content from various content partners to create a dynamic content package to offer a multi-layer journey to our audience to equip them in their need.Support content production for multi-day campaigns (e.g. 30 Days of Prayer, 10-Day Devotionals, etc.)Prepare materials, format content, upload, and track milestonesWe are looking for a very specific skill set and business acumen. Here's some experience we are seeking:Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies, communications, literature, theology or another applicable degree from an accredited educational institution.Strong writing and editing skills, particularly in devotional, blog, or faith-based contentOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing recurring tasks and editorial cadence.Familiar with basic CMS systems and digital publishing workflowsComfortable working within theological guardrails and a pastoral toneExperience in a Christian nonprofit or media ministry is a plusStrong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), Social Media forums and smart devices.Must be able to work in a collaborative atmosphere. Must be as Critical Thinker.
