{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"9e8241bde2cfbe5597b0481f","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9e8241bde2cfbe5597b0481f","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/9e8241bde2cfbe5597b0481f","title":"Assembly C - 3rd Shift","description":"3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday 7 p.m. - 5 a.m.\n\nJOB SUMMARY:\nTo assemble products according to engineering specifications and company policies.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nThoroughly understand and adhere to the department goals, objectives, and strategy\nEstablish and maintain credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions\nPresent and maintain positive morale amongst employees\nAssemble sub assemblies and complete assemblies according to engineering specifications from wash to final assembly\nExamine parts for correct fit/function prior to assembly\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment\nMaintains production records\nAbility to use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometer\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nExperienced working as an assembler or equivalent\nFlexible, energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high moral and ethical standards\nHigh analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus\nWell organized and self-directed\nAble to relate to people at all levels of the organization in a positive fashion\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
