In this role you will be responsible for leading integration and data migration workstreams for implementation projects of Specification Data Management solutions of customer accounts.\nYou will collaborate with our customers while providing best practice recommendations, developing work plans, and working directly to complete integration and data migration tasks to ensure successful client implementations. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success and Software Engineering.\nSpecright offers cloud-based software (SaaS) that is disrupting the $1 Trillion packaging and consumer products industries. Our customers typically manage thousands to 10s of thousands of product SKU’s – across ingredients, formulas, packaging, and products. Previously, most relied on PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, and less than user-friendly ERP / PLM systems to manage all aspects of their data needs-from procurement to quality assurance. Built on the Salesforce.com platform, Specright provides best-in-class architecture and flexibility that enables companies to reduce costs and empower efficiencies.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nResponsible for leading Integration workstreams for client implementations where clients are seeking to integrate the Specright product with their other internal systems (ERP, Genesis, TOPS)\nResponsible for leading data migration workstreams for client projects that entail sensitive proprietary data around supplier ingredients and formulations\nDocument technical requirements for integrations, APIs, custom development, and data migration\nProvide technical effort estimates, identify technical risks, and recommend implementation approaches that align with project scope and budget.\nProvide technical guidance and best practices related to system integrations, data architecture, and migration strategy.\nDeliver scalable, secure integration and migration solutions that enable successful adoption of Specright.\nAssist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data\nExperience working, directing and coordinating with a distributed and global implementation team\nConduct weekly technical training and/or mentorship for the team\nAssist with supporting pre-sales activities expansive of participating in sales calls and proposal development, as needed, pertaining to integration and data migration solutions\nBasic Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience leading data migration and integration workstreams in a SaaS environment\nStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform, integration patterns and data migration best practices\nKnowledge of the SDLC and experience working within hybrid implementation methodology\nPreferred Qualifications\nIndustry experience in HLS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging or Supply Chain preferred\nCustomer oriented and phenomenal at building client and project team relationships\nRelevant SFDC, integration certifications\nSoft Skills\nBe an active learner\nAbility to communicate in business terms with customer and technical terms with implementation teams\nThe desire to dive head first into new technology and provide recommendations of other technologies to help solve customer business challenges\nAble to manage multiple projects at once\nFast learner, team player, can-do attitude, highly organized, execution-oriented\nStrong attention to detail\nHighly accountable to deliver tasks on time or early\nThrives in tackling challenges and able to identify possible solutions\nWe are an energetic company with an entrepreneurial, informal, versatile, intelligent, and fast-paced culture.
