Voice Network Migration / VoIP Engineering
We are seeking a Network Engineer II (VoIP) to support a large-scale voice network migration program.This is a high-impact role supporting the decommissioning of a legacy network and migration of approximately 6,300 sites into client's voice infrastructure.This role supports the Voice Migration Program, including:Telephone Number (TN) porting and activationVoIP service migration between legacy and Verizon platformsDecommissioning of legacy Exo Communications networkCall routing updates and translation managementProduction cutover and validation activitiesKey ResponsibilitiesExecute high-volume voice migrations (5–6 sites/day)Perform TN porting and service activationUpdate routing configurations in voice platformsConduct call tracing and end-to-end troubleshootingSupport migration bridge calls with vendors and engineering teamsDocument all changes in workflow systems and ensure SLA complianceRequired SkillsStrong experience in VoIP / Voice over IP networksHands-on with telephone number porting (LNP / TN porting)Experience with:BroadSoft / BroadWorksSonus Session Border Controller (SBC)Strong troubleshooting and call trace skillsKnowledge of SIP, routing, and voice provisioningStrong Excel / data tracking skillsNice to HaveCisco voice / Ribbon / Audiocodes experiencePrior telecom carrier or ISP experienceExperience in large-scale migration or cutover projectsComplianceMust be eligible for Government Security Clearance (process starts Day 1)
